You started this thread, not me. I wanted to see some reasoning why you didn't like my picks.
I don't play internet games or hang out in chat rooms. When I'm not here I'm looking at other NFL forums to get a feel for what people are thinking about the NFL. One thing I have noticed is a lot of people wagering on Indianapolis and Carolina, which is good for me because I'm on the opposite sides of both games. Those teams are getting a lot of positive press, and we all know how much the media knows about football.
Lastly, why are you so upset about being down so much this early in the season? If you're a big time player, which you have stated over and over, practicing proper money management should be part of your daily routine so you shouldn't have lost a huge chunk of your bankroll right? Only a "moron" would over extend themselves this early in the football season. Hope you don't have to chase, ala rodfather, to get some of that bread back.

I've noticed you've wagered on every Thursday Night and Monday Night game since I've been here. How is it you can find value on every nationally broadcast game year in and year out? I can't.

Well Lou, if you just paid out 13K you couldn't have had many winners. So starting out with a push is a step in the right direction. It shows his handicapping abilities are starting to turn things atound. After all he could have bet the over. We sure don't want to kick a man when he's down. That's the last thing he needs. I'm sure this is only a temporary setback. At the end of the season when he's up 40-50K will all look back and laugh.

Here's a man who has been of the plus side for the last 11 years in a row. I know I might have had 2 winning years in succussion out of ten.
This person obviously possess unique handicapping abilities far and above even the best of cappers. If you notice the time of his posts they are usually in the wee hours of the morning. That's when the "great ones" are at the peak of their mental capabilities. I detect a touch of mania and enthusiasm which only adds to his brilliance.
